General Art Commissions

Personal rights mean that you are only able to use the completed commission for your own personal use, such as using it as your icon, wallpaper, printing it out for personal display, etc. Commercial rights mean that you are buying the rights to profit off the completed commission I have created for you. Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL
You must either be over 18 years of age or have the permission of an adult or guardian to commission me.As the artist, I have the right to reject any commission request.Please provide me with a clear visual reference sheet of character(s) you want me to draw, or it will incur additional fees.Additional fees can be added to your final commission cost, depending on the complexity of the character, backgrounds, extra characters, etc.If there is no visual reference sheet of the character, an extra fee is going to be charged. It is an extra fee of at least 5 USD for a piece based on a written description.A rush job guarantees the work to be done within a set amount of time, which is done with an extra fee. ($10 - a week, $15 - within three days, $20 - same day)All commission types listed here are digital commissions, meaning that no physical items will be shipped. A full resolution file of your commission will be provided via Google Drive.
PROCESS OF THE COMMISSION
First, you will contact me through any of the social media listed (I am 2DFIEND on most sites) with a commission request. You will first fill out the appropriate form with your commission request.I will then decide to either accept or reject your commission request. If I have accepted your request, then great! I will then send you a PayPal invoice (if you are unable to pay through PayPal for some reason, I might be able to set up other methods of payment) and you will pay the invoice as soon as possible.Once I have received the request, I will start working on the commission. I will not progress past the sketching phase if you have not paid the invoice in full.As I progress on the piece, I will send you works in progress of the commission! You can give me any kind of feedback or ask me to make changes as long as the change that you need me to make is still doable.I will have the commission done within a couple of weeks! If I have not completed the commission by then- message me with a progress update question and I'll let you know where I'm at with it!When I have completed the commission, I will give you a link to a Google Drive folder, where you can access the completed commission (alongside alternate versions, if any).
PAYMENTS
All prices listed are in USD (United States Dollars) and are the base price for each type of commission (meaning that price can be higher than listed). A request can be made for a change in currency, just let me know if you would like to pay in a different currency!Payment is done via PayPal invoice.Please be ready to pay as soon as I accept your commission request! If you have not paid for the commission, I will not continue to progress past the sketching phase.Refunds are only done if there is no progress done on the commission and it's been a month or longer.If an invoice is left unpaid for more than 48 hours without any reasoning or notification, I will consider it as the cancellation of the commission.If a chargeback is issued by the commissioner at any point, you will be blacklisted from anything that includes my artwork.
USAGE POLICY
As the artist, I am free to publish the commission work as part of my portfolio, unless you have purchased private/anonymous rights.As the commissioner, you are free to use the artwork as an icon, wallpaper, print it out for personal display, and share it on your social media accounts, with credit. You cannot trace, heavily edit, sell or claim that you are the creator if you have only personal rights to it.All commissioned artworks are only to be used for personal use unless you have purchased commercial rights.Private/anonymous and commercial rights incur additional fees. These fees may vary depending on how the artwork will be used, but the base price is 15 USD and 50 USD respectively.
